Job Requirements / Description
You will provide an exceptional service to the building occupants in terms of general goods / post handling and other general tasks which help maintain a pleasant and productive environment. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Responds to client inquires and concerns, whilst ensuring a timely & quality service to clients. Process incoming/outgoing post & goods Point of contact for customer queries Setting up conference rooms for visitors & scheduled meetings Organizing 3rd party collections Taking calls from the client with facility issues Daily inspections of facilities on site to ensure all equipment is up to code & returned to correct locations Assisting Fabric Engineers (if required) with office moves/redecoration.There may be other duties as and when required Hours 8am - 5pm Monday to FridayExperience & Qualifications: Good communications skills & a positive approach to tasks Adaptable to changing of operational circumstances Experience with PC use & knowledge of IT Systems is essential Full driving licence preferred but not necessaryFor more information email or apply online now!
