salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
We are seeking a Quoting Manager to lead and streamline our quoting process for custom cable harnesses. This role will manage the quoting team, ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, and improve quote cycle times.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Quoting team, ensuring a productive work environment. Address employee issues and grievances. Manage the entire quoting process, from RFQs to final quotes. Establish and track timeline metrics to improve efficiency and meet ISO9001 standards. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quotes. Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Maintain proposal databases and tracking tools. Experience in quoting, estimating, or program management in manufacturing or technical industries.
