You will be joining us at a very exciting time as we build the foundation for our future.POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the National Manager, Distribution Operations, the Operations Administrator provides administrative support to the PDC Operations team. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESProvide administrative support to the PDC Operations teamPerform administrative duties relating to attendance recordsMaintain all equipment records, ensuring documentation is up to dateEstablish and monitor all contract agreements for operational equipmentResponsible for operational supplies and inventory levelsAct as liaison with western PDC to support all operational activities including inventory investigations & receipt support, etc. Responsible for all equipment maintenance programs which includes cost and budget controlResponsible for planning, activation & project administration in relation to capital budgetProvide operational reporting related to performance, equipment activities, month end & ad hoc reports as requiredProvide support/back up for returns administration as requiredProvide support/back up for security & facilities administrationOther duties as assigned REQUIRED COMPETENCIESMinimum 2 years experience in a warehouse environmentPrevious clerical experience in automotive industry is considered an asset Strong attention to detail and problem solving skillsMust be team oriented and customer service focusedSolid organization and time management skillsExcellent communication skillsYou'll Get in ReturnA flexible, collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment with an award-winning employerMany opportunities for personal and professional developmentOpportunities to participate in exciting company eventsYou and your family get amazing rates on our carsCompetitive employer paid benefits and compensation package including company matched RRSP!And much, much more!Mobis Parts Canada Corp. is committed to attract and retain a diverse team of associates and creating an inclusive environment.
