Shift Maintenance Engineer Salary: £36,000 Shift: Perm Lates Mon- Fri Location: Hipperholme A Brillant new position at leading Industrial Manufacturer at a family own business for a Shift Maintenance Engineer at their site in Lightcliffe. I am looking for a Shift Maintenance Engineer that is multi skilled, ideally electrical bias but would still consider a mechanical bias engineer that has strong electrical skills. Holding an engineering qualification, that also ideally comes from an industrial or processing background. The Maintenance Engineer will benefit from a technical and career progression as the company grows and will have the chance to grow their skill set. As a Maintenance Engineer you be working on breakdowns and planned maintenance which can vary week to week. The successful applicant will also need to have strong problem skills and be pro-active and hands on in their approach. They will also be involved in future engineering projects. Skills required for the Maintenance Engineer: Have an engineering qualification. Multi skilled with ideally an electrical bias Or multi skilled mechanical bias with strong electrical skills Industrial or process background Experience carrying out planned maintenance and attending breakdowns.
