Description Manage and oversee internal communications strategies. Build and maintain relationships with team members across the organisation. Visit fire stations to ensure effective communication. Contribute to the creation and distribution of informative materials. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies. Ensure all communications adhere to company guidelines and standards. Support other departments with their communication needs. Attend team meetings and share insights from a communications perspective.Profile A successful Internal Communications Officer should have: An educational background in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in an internal communications or communications role Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in managing internal communication strategies within an organisation. Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members across various departments. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Job Offer A competitive salary from £28,000 to £33,000 per year.
