Facilities Manager

Hays are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team within the Epsom area. Responsibilities: Manage the PPM across the site Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols Oversee the repair and maintenance of woodwork, equipment, and electrical systems Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs or installations Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies Inspect facilities to identify issues and ensure safety regulations are met Create and manage maintenance budgetsRequirements: Proven experience in maintenance management Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret technical schematics Project management skills for planning and executing maintenance projectsJob Type: Full-time Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm £40,000 - £50,000 Per year What to do next Choosing your next role takes careful consideration.
