Title: Assistant Payroll Manager Location: Twickenham Salary: £40,000 - £50,000    Are you an experienced Senior Payroll Professional seeking your next challenge? Do you possess TRONC expertise? Then, we have an ideal opportunity for you! Your Primary Responsibilities: Execute payroll processing for approximately 1500 employees across all sites. Handle HMRC submissions, pension contributions, and ensure compliance with legislation. Administer weekly TRONC payments in line with scheme guidelines. Offer ad-hoc payroll analysis and reporting as required. Collaborate closely with the senior payroll manager on operational matters. Stay abreast of payroll regulations and update processes accordingly. What You'll Require: Demonstrated experience managing payrolls of 500+ employees. Profound understanding of TRONC systems and protocols. Advanced proficiency in Excel and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy. Exceptional communication skills to foster cross-functional relationships. Capacity to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining motivation.
