HLTA, Blackburn Are you an experienced HLTA with a passion for working with young people with social emotional and mental health needs? Tradewind is seeking a dedicated and skilled HLTA to join a specialist provision for pupils aged 8-16 in Blackburn. This is a long-term opportunity with the view to go permanent and starting as soon as possible. The role will involve providing support to pupils with a range of needs and working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the students. As a HLTA, you will be responsible for: Delivering interventions and support to pupils with social emotional and mental health needs Providing classroom cover for teachers Leading and delivering small group or individual support sessions Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of pupils Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionalsTo be considered for this role, you must have: HLTA qualification or equivalent Experience working with young people with social emotional and mental health needs. Strong behaviour management skills A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people.In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a competitive daily rate of pay between £100 - £135.89 (PAYE).
