Electrician – Smart Homes – Guernsey Relocation to Guernsey required. £45,000 - £55,000 FULL TIME - PERMANENT Information on the role * Designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential & commercial buildings * Reading and interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems * Identifying and repairing electrical issues, such as malfunctioning wiring, faulty electrical switches, and circuit breakers * Ensuring that electrical systems are up to code and meet safety standards. * Collaborating with other professionals, such as architects and engineers, to design electrical systems for new construction projects * Providing guidance and training to apprentices and other electricians. What we’d like from you * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent * 18th Edition * C&G 2391-52 * CSCS * Experience with Smart Home Installations, BMS, BMES or MEP/M&E, & Residential, & Commercial buildings * Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, planning legislation, and health and safety * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Commercially astute and business focused * Exceptional customer service skills * Excellent communication skills If this opportunity sounds like something of interest, please email Jack (@) huntermasonconsulting .com
