Direct impact: As a Account executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in business development while upholding our high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Prospect new clients through cold calls. - Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions provided by Jan-Pro. - Attend appointments (self-initiated or arranged through our call center) at the prospect’s location, professionally representing Jan-Pro. - Prepare price proposals based on Jan-Pro's guidelines. - Submit price agreements within the required deadlines. - Complete and finalize sales contracts, ensuring authorized signatures are obtained. - Establish relationships between clients and certified franchise owners, working alongside operational staff when needed. - Assist with and oversee new client onboarding. - Produce reports and other necessary documents to track and achieve Jan-Pro’s sales targets. - Present a comprehensive report on your initiatives to assess the factors contributing to successful results during the follow-up period. - Collaborate and take on other related tasks as required by your supervisor. Compensation: Commission-based. For the first 3 months: a fixed salary of $52,000 per year, after which compensation will be commission-based. Any commissions earned above the salary base during the first 3 months will be paid in addition to the salary and will not be subject to repayment if lower during that period.
