Trust Payments have an exciting opportunity for an ISV Partner Manager to join the team. ISV Partner Manager – Purpose of the Role: - To win and manage new Independent Software Vendor (ISV) relationships - The New Business ISV Manager builds trusted relationships and acts as interface between P-Partner and Trust Payments - They hold the authority for maintaining and growing profitability of their Partners/Accounts - Key will be the ability to grow new partnerships quickly to drive volume and revenue ISV Partner Manager – Key Duties: - Onboard a minimum of 3 new ISV partners per month - Primary commercial contact point for their Partners - Overall portfolio management for their signed Partners, ensuring our portfolios are well managed along with increased profitability - Perform regular review meetings with Partners to encourage Client Loyalty and identify Opportunity and Risk - Re-negotiate pricing and/or settlement of commercial terms within a commercial framework - Upsell transactional and non-transactional services (ie acquiring, APMs, security, fraud screening, currencies) by developing individual Account Plans for aligned Accounts to identify and drive up selling opportunities - React to changes to Partners/Accounts or associated contract / service - Ensure accurate data is held within Salesforce - Generate reports on business performance for assigned partners - New sales campaigns ISV Partner Manager – You: - Partner /Account Management/Sales background in technology-based products and services - Proven track record of ability to meet and surpass sales, cross sell and upsell targets - Experience of writing and maintaining Account Plans - Working knowledge of PSP and Gateway solutions - Working knowledge of Acquiring banks and the processes they use - Team player, excellent inter-personal skills - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Strong presentation skills - Awareness of Trust Payments range of products - Awareness of competitor’s products within the industry - Knowledge of Payment systems capabilities and features - Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written ISV Partner Manager – Benefits (subject to local office benefits policy): - Opportunity to be part of a rapidly scaling, key business in the fintech sector - Flexible working options - Health and Wellbeing ethos including regular wellness sessions, fitness and nutrition and other events as well as assisted by internally qualified mental health first aiders - Family friendly enhanced benefits/policies - Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance - Social events and team building - Celebrations To submit your application for this exciting ISV Partner Manageropportunity, please click ‘Apply’ now
