YOUR ROLE Your job is to tell business leaders from across Canada about a better way to provide employee benefits, and then set up appointments for them with our licensed advisors who get them on our plan. Technically, we're known as "prospectors": we find high-potential contacts and prepare them for a sales conversation. It's all done over the telephone, from comfortable offices or from your own home (we offer a Hybrid working arrangement) during business hours, plus our Happy Friday Program, giving you every second Friday off! THIS IS YOU You are professional and a strong communicator. You are persistent and a self-motivator. You have a hunger to succeed. You are passionate and excited about sales.
