Your New Role: As a Business Development Executive within the Sales Department, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in prospecting new accounts, cross-selling, upselling, and nurturing existing partnerships. Your strategic insights will contribute to the expansion of our brand, making a tangible impact on our success. Key Responsibilities:

Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and optimize profit margins through strategic account management.

Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities within your territory.

Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while uncovering opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Maintain regular communication with customers, keeping them informed about product availability and new offerings, while ensuring client data is always up-to-date.

Identify and convert potential pharmacies, both compounders and non-compounders, to enhance the company’s market presence.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and pharmacists, to elevate brand awareness and promote our services.

Share and implement sales best practices with compounding pharmacies nationwide, offering coaching and support where needed.

Partner with Account Executives to maximize business opportunities, share insights, and provide referrals for client visits.

Your Skills and Experience:

Tertiary qualification(s)

in Science or Business is an asset.

4+ years of experience in a sales role.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.

Pharmaceutical compounding experience is highly regarded.

Valid Driver's License.

Proven experience in contacting, visiting, and selling to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacists.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated decision-making and negotiation skills.

Advanced interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and maintain a professional and positive image.
