The successful candidate’s skills and expertise will play a pivotal role in their continued success by efficiently setting up and Operating a Haas CNC machine to produce precision components within tolerances. The Job You’ll Do: * Efficiently set up Haas CNC machines based on job specifications. * Operate Haas machines to produce precision components within tolerances. * Monitor machine performance, making adjustments for optimal production. * Read and interpret technical drawings; program Haas machines using G-code. * Conduct in-process inspections and troubleshooting issues to ensure quality standards. * Collaborate with engineering for design feedback and continuous improvement. * Perform routine maintenance on Haas machines for optimal functionality. * Maintain accurate records of setups, tool changes, and production runs. About You: * Proven CNC Machinist experience with Haas machines. * Proficient in reading technical drawings. * Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to high-quality work. * Solid understanding of machine tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds. * Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
