Staff Attorney Equal Rights Advocates - San FranciscoEqual Rights Advocates Now Hiring Staff Attorney!Equal Rights Advocates (ERA) seeks a dynamic and motivated attorney with 2-6 years of relevant experience to oversee our legal Advice & Counseling (A&C) Program, which for decades has provided direct legal services – including legal information, brief services, limited representation, and other advocacy – to workers and students across the country on matters involving gender discrimination, unfair pay, sexual harassment/violence, and related civil rights issues. With the support of a Program Coordinator and other legal team staff, the Staff Attorney will oversee day-to-day operations of the A&C Program, provide legal assistance to people experiencing sex discrimination (including sexual violence) or other unfair treatment at work or in school, and supervise legal fellows and student interns (law clerks) providing the same. The Staff Attorney will also help to develop Know-Your-Rights trainings and materials and collaborate with ERA staff and partners to conduct community outreach and education on gender justice issues.This position is based in San Francisco and the salary range is $64,000-$74,000, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
