Working Foreman

Working Foreman - Various Sites/ London Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Foreman to oversee fit out projects in London. Start date: October 2024 Duration: 5-16 weeks Responsibilities:  Supervise and coordinate the fit-out of bars, pubs, and restaurants. Lead a team of tradespeople, with a focus on joinery work. Interpret and execute design plans to exact specifications. Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with regulations. Monitor project timelines and budgets, adjusting as necessary. Maintain site safety and cleanliness. Liaise with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure client satisfaction. Order and manage materials, ensuring they are available when needed. Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues promptly. Qualifications: Extensive experience in joinery and fit-out projects. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of construction processes and standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
