Regional Multi Trader Maintenance Person / Handyman - Portable Cabins. Salary: £14.85ph + Overtime paid at £22.28ph, 33 days paid holiday inc bank hols, tons of benefits and career development opportunities. *CSCS card required. Field based role covering customer sites in the region. We have an opportunity for a Regional Multi Trader Maintenance Person / Handyman to join the market leading provider of Portable cabins, Secure Storage Solutions, Modular buildings and associated products. This is a regional role, traveling out to customer sites to carry out general repair and maintenance work on the hire units, which include temporary office units, storage units, catering & events units etc (all self-powered). The role: General plumbing maintenance Replacing flooring Installing Partitions Installing Kitchens Replacing / repairing lighting Working at heights Remove / fit wall and ceiling panels Fixing roof & window leaks / damage to the external of units Adjusting doors & windows Paint repairs Candidate requirements: CSCS card and general maintenance skills with experience from within a relevant role e.g. Multi Trader, Property Maintenance Person, Handyman, Property Repair, Facilities Maintenance Engineer, Service Engineer, Shop fitter, Joiner A full driving licence is essential as this role involves lots of travelling to client sites across the region.  If this sounds like the opportunity, you have been looking for then please apply by attaching your CV.
