Mobile Fabric Engineer | Kent & South London | Commercial Offices | £34,000 + Employment Package Are you an experienced maintenance engineer within commercial environments? Do you have a varied skillset across building fabric works? (Carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating etc)? Are you looking for a mobile role across Kent and South London? Overview / Package: * Job Title: Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer * Location: Kent & South London * Basic Salary: £34,000 per annum * Environments: Commercial Offices * Overtime available * Status: Permanent, PAYE position * Works, dependant on skillset: Plumbing (taps, washers, internal blockages, leak detection, leak repair, basic pipework repairs etc), Carpentry (changing locks, fixtures and fittings, ceiling tiles, floor tiles, hanging decorations, basic woodwork, hanging doors, erecting wooden structures), painting and decorating, patch tiling, lifting and shifting, making good of areas, making spaces safe etc. Requirements: * Trade qualification to City and Guilds Level 2 standard is preferable within one of the following trades, however we are also happy to accept applications from "time served" professionals. * Experience in commercial environments if preferable.
