Accounts Payable Analyst | 6 Month Contract | £23 Per Hour | Inside IR35 | Hybrid Remote We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Analyst for a 6 month contract. This role pays £23 per hour Inside IR35 and will require hybrid work in Edinburgh where the training will take place followed by a 2 days on site and 3 days work from home arrangement.   What the role requires Reviewing and approving all 3rd Party supplier invoices and non-purchase order payments Reviewing and approving colleague travel & business expense reports Initiate and manage all payment processes for supplier, vendor and partner payments Initiate and manage travel and expense reimbursements or corporate cards Ensure policies and procedures are clearly followed and communicated Help to Train other colleagues to ensure that policies and procedures are followed Complete ad-hoc requests in a timely manner Contribute to development of new policies and procedures and revise as appropriate Work Closely with internal and external customers incl. vendors, business partners etc Ensure that deadlines are met throughout the month Identify best practices for accounts payable processing  Must Haves Locality to Edinburgh and happy to work the above hybrid work arrangement What you need to do now If you feel like this Accounts Payable Specialist contract is a good fit for you and would like to know more then please apply with your most up to date CV.
