Title: Payroll Specialist Location: Manchester Salary: £30,000 plus 10% bonus    A Leading UK business is urgently seeking to hire a Payroll Specialist to join their small, in house payroll team.     The position is office based but offers flexible working hours and excellent benefits.    Key Responsibilities: Oversee the bi-weekly payroll process from start to finish, meticulously ensuring the accuracy of data entry. Reconcile all payroll information with the company's accounting systems. Address staff inquiries related to payroll matters and meticulously maintain employee records. Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, including PAYE, pensions, and various deductions. Identify potential enhancements in the payroll process and propose effective solutions. Technical Skills Required: Proven experience working with Payroll systems. Working knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and organised.
