Senior Estimator

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at NSR Associates.

As a key member of our Pre-Construction department, you will be responsible for handling tenders worth £70 million + and working closely with our Head of Pre-Construction Director.

Based in our West London office, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and contribute to our company's goal of reaching £1 billion turnover within the next 3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate estimates for construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Contribute to the development of our company's estimating procedures and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator or equivalent role
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
