Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the classroom teacher to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Provide one-to-one or small group support as required. Help implement individual learning plans for students. Offer emotional and behavioural support to encourage students' progress. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure each student's needs are met.About You: Patient, kind, and approachable with a genuine passion for working with young people.
