The Patient Care Coordinator – Recall Specialist serves as a key point of contact for the patients at City South Dental. The primary function of this role is to ensure all patients are scheduled in a timely manner so they are able to receive personalized care and specialized dental treatment

Key Responsibilities include

Answer all phone calls and respond to inquiries
Effectively and professionally greet and communicate with all visitors to the office
Schedule appointments
Ensure proper patient follow-up
Serve as a point of contact for various inquiries
Advanced duties may include paitent billing using Adstra, treatment planning depending upon your level of expertise
Qualifications

Dental field formal training or experience required
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English is a must
Outstanding customer service skills
Professional telephone manner
Computer skills/typing skills a must
CDA Level I or II or 3 years dental reception experience is an asset
Experience handling dental insurance claims considered an asset
