This role demands a spoken and written fluency in both French and English, along with expertise in current and next-gen communication systems.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will work across a variety of projects in both civil and defence sectors, applying their knowledge of RF systems to diverse challenges. They will deliver high-impact presentations and offer expert consulting services to our clients, demonstrating our leadership in the field. Additionally, they will provide clear, concise training to clients ensuring complex concepts are easily understood.QualificationsExpertise in RF engineering, with a solid background in communication systems.Ability to work across both civil and defence markets.Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence and guide clients.Demonstrates exceptional presentation skills, adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for effective customer demonstrations and training sessions.The RoleThe successful candidate must possess a deep understanding of radio network planning, spectrum management, electronic warfare, and cartographic data management. This role is pivotal in providing support and expertise across critical business areas such as:Developing long-term relationships with clientsProviding consulting services and technical studies including field measurements, radio-planning/coverage studies and reporting.Delivering training on the company software solutions covering radio-planning, spectrum management, cartographic data management to customers.Conversion of cartographic data for customers.Supporting trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.Developing requirements specification and product customisations.Analysing the technical requirements in pre-sales process (technical responses to RFQ/RFP/Tenders, technical pre-sales negotiation).Additional QualificationsRelevant education in related discipline.3-5 years skills and experience in RF Engineering.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Be an EU Citizen or Permanent Resident of France.Willingness to undertake international travel.The CompanyWith over 30 years of industry experience, ATDI is a key player in the radiocommunications industry.
