Salary: OTE £45k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator to join an established, highly professional, local independent estate agent with offices in the Yately area.
The ideal candidate for this position will have proven, successful estate agency experience and also have experience of carrying out valuations and winning instructions.
You will have a “can-do” attitude; be driven to succeed and be able to demonstrate the outstanding communication skills that are needed to generate and win business as well as delivering first class customer service.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Experienced residential estate agent
- Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Yately area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
