Classroom Supervisor - Witney

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of classrooms during teacher absences by following set lesson plans and managing student behaviour. Key Responsibilities: Supervise students in the absence of regular teachers. Ensure lesson plans are delivered effectively and to a high standard. Maintain order and encourage positive student behavior. Assist students with questions or challenges as they arise. Liaise with teaching staff regarding lesson objectives and student progress.Job Requirements: Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to engage students and maintain a productive learning environment. Previous experience in a classroom setting (preferred but not essential).
