We are committed to helping them anticipate, prepare for, and prevent losses, or mitigate their impact, and to recover quickly in the event of a claim. As an Assistant Underwriter, your role will involve significant responsibilities: Providing efficient and high-quality support for underwriting activities. Managing contracts from A to Z, from issuing contractual documents to monitoring reinsurance. Promoting AXA XL's services and management offers to our clients/brokers. What will your essential responsibilities include? Calculate expected revenue forecasts in collaboration with underwriting. Ensure efficient and accurate calculation of insurance/reinsurance premiums and their issuance. Ensure the issuance of contractual documents in compliance with the latest legal directives, underwriting/management rules, and ensure their archiving and monitoring in the dedicated document management tool. Act as the main point of contact for our clients/brokers and respond promptly to their requests. Collaborate with various departments and participate in internal/external meetings. You will report to the Team Lead International Office Property & Construction. We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: You have confirmed experience (e.g., through an apprenticeship) with a broker or a P&C insurer (min 3 years). You want to join a large international company. You have strong synthesis abilities to process large volumes of information. You are a curious, dynamic, independent, and meticulous person.
