Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Advisor to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and managers on a wide range of HR-related matters
• Manage HR administration, including starters, leavers, transfers, performance reviews, and absences
• Oversee parental leave processes, including maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave
• Support employee relations matters and maintain a positive work environment
• Process payroll inputs and submit to the payroll team
• Advise employees on benefits and maintain HR systems
• Organize new starter onboarding and present the HR session

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced HR environment, with a focus on generalist HR advice
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies and procedures
• Professional, proactive, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Flexible approach and a team player
• Discreet and able to handle confidential information appropriately
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
