Family Solicitor / Legal Executive - Hampshire Salary: Very Competitive (DOE) Location: Portsmouth Full-Time position + Office based + Excellent Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for Family Solicitor / Legal Executive with 1 year of PQE to join a well-established law firm. In this role, you will provide clients with expert legal advice and representation on a range of family law matters, ensuring their needs are handled with professionalism and care. You will be responsible for: Conducting initial consultations via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or virtual platforms, providing comprehensive advice on family matters. Drafting essential legal documents such as divorce petitions, child arrangement orders, and financial settlement agreements. Representing clients in court when necessary, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated. Collaborating with counsel, mediators, and other legal professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Ensuring all client files are managed with the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with legal regulations. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Family Solicitor, Legal Executive or in a similar role. At least 1 year of PQE. Experience working in a fast-paced office environment. Law degree or equivalent academic background.
