Position: School Caretaker Location: High Wycombe Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience Our client, a prestigious secondary school in High Wycombe, is seeking a reliable and dedicated Caretaker to join their team on a full-time basis from September. Role and Responsibilities: As a School Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: General maintenance and minor repairs of school facilities. Ensuring the school premises are clean and well-kept. Overseeing security and locking up the school buildings. Managing school equipment and supplies. Conducting regular health and safety checks. Supporting the school staff with various tasks as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role, preferably within an educational setting. Strong practical skills and ability to carry out minor repairs. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
