Construction Project Manager

Are you a Project Manager experienced in managing Ground-Up & Interiors for Commercial, Industrial & Multifamily projects greater than $10M? Or, are you Project Manager with a GC looking to get into the owner/developer side of the business? Their development properties are subcontracted out as they do not self-perform their own work and boast a portfolio of Mid-Rise Condos, Hotels, Retail, Industrial and Corporate Office projects.95% of their business is from repeat clients and have had to recently turn down a good number of projects due to the influx of work they already have on the books. Therefore, they're looking for 1-2 solid PMs to join the team to help take on more business and continue growing the company!Company & Role Highlights:5+ years of Ground-Up & Interiors for projects greater than $10M.Busy, Mid-Sized GC with a portfolio of Ground-Up & Interior projects within the Multifamily, Industrial and Commercial sectors.Opportunity to collaborate with, and have direct visibility to, the leadership team.Location: Windsor, ONSalary: $90K - $130K DOE + Bonus & Benefits
