On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support the "Empowering Lifelong Learning Through Connected Relationships (CRM)" initiative. This role is essential in ensuring that the CRM system is effectively analyzed, well-documented, and aligns with our client’s strategic objectives.
Services Required:
· Analyze and document stakeholder relationships (students, alumni, faculty, staff, and partners) to integrate insights from interactions into a unified view.
· Enhance decision-making across the student lifecycle through detailed data analysis and integration.
· Identify and document student needs and requirements to proactively address them using tools like alerts and chatbots.
· Support the development of strategies to foster engagement and enhance the overall student experience.
· Analyze and document the current admissions processes to identify areas for automation and improvement.
· Assist in developing streamlined workflows and processes within the CRM system to increase enrolment and efficiency.
· Gather and document functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for acquiring a CRM system.
· Assist in the evaluation and selection of CRM vendors, ensuring that the chosen solution meets their needs.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the education sector.
· Proven ability to analyze and support multiple concurrent projects effectively.
· Demonstrated experience in CRM systems and processes, including requirements gathering and documentation.
· Strong knowledge of digital tool acquisition and vendor evaluation processes.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
