This market leader design and manufacture an industry leading product that is bespoke to each customer. Based in Castle Donington, I think it’s fair to say that this business and their culture is truly unique. Working in a small assembly team, you’ll be as important as every other member of staff across the board. Team work is paramount, as is taking pride in what you do. You’ll be assembling products, using hand tools & equipment at times. Full training will be given; however you will be expected to exercise & calculate projects to ensure timely completion. At times, parts of the job will be monotonous however this won’t matter to you as the pride you take in your work will be way more important. This isn’t a warehouse job, neither is it production – so if that’s what you’re looking for, the position won’t be for you. You’ll know what it’s like to work in, and as, a small team so you’ll recognise the importance of working together to achieve sometimes tight deadlines. This company don’t do ego’s.
