Role Title: Product SpecialistWork Location: Toronto, Ontario, CanadaPossibility of remote work: No| Hybrid: 2-3 day’s work from officeContract: Fulltime/PermanentJob Description:Skills and Responsibilities: 5 or more years of HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider or consultancy 3 or more years of Dayforce HCM implementation (WFM Module) Product certification in Dayforce WFM HCM module (Preferred) Technical Skills Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office products Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment including experience with HRIS Systems Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL an asset Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices Understanding of different industries and how implementation best practices apply to the customer business practices Functional Skills Requirements Customer relationship acumen Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities Qualifications and Skills:5+ years of experience in human capital management application consultingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions
