Senior Site Manager - High End Residential - London

I am currently in need of a Senior Site Manager to join a main contractor who specialise in the High End Residential sector building within London Zones 1 to 4. My client currently has live projects in Knightsbridge, Maida Vale, St Johns Wood and Kensington and requires a Senior Site Manager who has experience of basements, underpinning, temporary works and is able to take projects through to 2nd fix / Snag and handover. The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a contract manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc. Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified. My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary & package and are looking to start the suitable candidate to start within the next 4 to 6 weeks.
