THE ROLE
Reporting to the ChiefOperating Officer, the Market Development Manager, Aria Savings is responsiblefor developing the Aria Savings brand and portfolio. This Farsi-speaking roleis pivotal in the Aria brand launch, you will be involved in developing agrowth strategy, identifying new business opportunities and developing personaland business relationships. The Market Development Manager, Aria Savings willact as the primary advocate for Aria Savings both within Community Savings, andin the community. The position will proactively promote the Aria Savings brand,networking and building relationships in the community to increase brand awareness and build the Aria Savings portfolio to the point of financialsustainability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- An undergraduate degree/university level diplomain business administration
- Minimum of 10 years of financial industry experience
- 2 years of proven capabilities in externalbusiness development
- Proficient in both oral and written, English and Farsi
