Role Description This is a new full-time hybrid role for a Talent Management & Recruiting at LRM Prime located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility for some remote work.
You will be responsible for tasks such as defining role briefs in conjunction with directors and senior management, sourcing and nurturing candidates and prospects, interviewing, profiling, selecting, organising second interviews, hiring, communication, recruiting, and training needs identification of inductees into the business.
Roles will be varied across the full team spectrum from general management, property management, operations, estates, concierge and front desk etc as well as supporting services colleagues in operations, compliance, finance and other central teams.
Base Generous On Target Incentives £85k per annum.
Qualifications Skills in Hiring, Interviewing, and Communication Experience in Recruiting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Knowledge of residential management practices Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus Demonstrable track record or qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
