Occupational Therapist Adult Social Care 3 month initial contract with the view of extension £30 - £37.52p/h Umbrella Located in Liverpool Hybrid working Full time Our client are recruiting a locum Occupational Therapist for their team to carry out community local authority assessments for both standard and specialist equipment, minor and major adaptations. Key responsibilities: Complete strength based assessments for people with disabilities within the City Council's eligibility criteria, applying the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation. Recommend and organise the supply of equipment and structural adaptations to meet the assessed need. Demonstrate to people with disabilities and their carers in the use of equipment and/or adaptations provided.Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
