Patent Renewals Administrator - Yorkshire

Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with a top-rate law firm in Yorkshire, who are seeking a Patent Renewals Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. This role can be part-time or full-time, and hybrid working is offered. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the renewals department. Duties will be varied, and you’ll be keeping busy throughout the day with tasks such as: * Acknowledging and producing client correspondence. * Providing Fee Earners with updates on the status of renewals. * Paying renewals by the deadline. * Keeping up to date with important deadlines. * Raising and updating cases on the system, with the relevant information. * Noting client instructions. To be successful, you will need good interpersonal skills and great task prioritisation skills. If you have existing administration experience from within an IP environment then this would be great.
