Field Service Manager - Windows and Doors Our client produces high-end bespoke aluminium and timber products. (Wintergardens, glass atriums, sliding doors and bi-folding doors) across 3 sales channels - direct customers, B2B, and commercial contractors. We are looking for an experienced Field Service Manager to become a part of their growing team. the successful candidate will be field based and have experience in installing, adjusting, identifying faults, and compiling report across all our sales channels to assist and direct all customer aftersales and warranty enquiries to a satisfactory conclusion and in a timely manner within a set budget. The successful Candidate will also have responsibility for managing external service partners to ensure compliance and coverage to assist and facilitate customer aftersales and warranty demand. Our clients' projects are often complex and varied - no two jobs are alike, so every day brings a new opportunity. With most projects involving work at customer’s homes the ability to interact well with the client, enthusiasm, an eye for detail and a positive approach are important. Your Responsibilities * To provide a professional and efficient repair and maintenance service to customers. * Working throughout the UK. * Provide customer satisfaction through excellent workmanship and attitude. * To repair and service all products to industry and company standards * Ensure all required documentation is completed in full and in the timely manner required * Ensure the Company polices and guidelines are adhered to at all times * Comply with all Health & Safety requirements Skills & Personal Qualities * You will enjoy meeting people, be reliable, trustworthy and well-presented * Proven experience within installation or service of windows, doors and roof systems made of aluminium and timber within a similar Market (full training will be given on our products). * Hold a current CSCS card (NVQ level 2 or above) * Hold a current full driving licence - A vehicle will be provided * Be able to work under your own initiative * Possess good verbal communication skills * Excellent time management skills * Ability to carry out manual handling Job Type: Full-time Package: Salary- 40-45K dependant on experience.
