Private Sector Housing Officer

Surrey are looking for their next Private Sector Housing Officer!!?? For this role, you'll need to know a thing or two about: ?? HMO mandatory licensing. ?? The Housing Act 2004. ?? HHSRS assessments ?? Ability to investigate complaints of poor standards of accommodation This role will involve a mixture of being in the area to complete inspections, and WFH. And when you're not out doing inspections, you'll be able to enjoy your time off in the area at one of England's largest vineyards! On offer is an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to be extended.
