Sales & Marketing Manager

Hariley Solutions are currently seeking experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Telford. Job Description * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximise performance. * Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. * Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Manage a mix of field and office based sales people to drive growth and consistently achieve on target performance. * Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior leadership. * Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote and increase sales of SP Services products and services. * Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and advertisements. * Oversee the management of the company's online presence, including the website and social media channels. * Coordinate market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies. * Plan and manage promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions. * Work closely with the senior leadership team to align sales and marketing strategies with overall company goals. * Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage. * Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness. * Collaborate with other departments, including Purchasing and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. * Provide regular updates to the senior management team on sales and marketing performance. Qualifications and Experience * Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management / Administration. * Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with some marketing experience - preferably within the medical or healthcare industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools. * Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions. * Commercially astute with a results-oriented approach.
