Senior Director, Financial Planning and Advice, Ontario East We're building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world. We need talented, passionate professionals who are dedicated to doing what's right for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Fundraising & Donor Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan, supporting initiatives by board, staff, and volunteers, and generating new opportunities.
Program Execution and Planning: Oversee the execution of our 2023 Work Plan and plan for 2024 projects with our team.
Staff & Board Management: Conduct regular staff meetings to maintain open communication, keep projects and budgets on track, and prepare quarterly reports for the Board.
Volunteer Program Coordinating: Recruit and host seasonal volunteer trips to support our programs.
Requirements: Experience: Understanding of Indigenous cultures, history, and existing educational gaps for students on-reserve.
Leadership Skills: Ability to work independently, with a remote team and Board of Directors.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines.
Financial Management: Experience with budget management and cash flow.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
