Integrity Education Solutions are supporting a dynamic alternative provision in the heart of London, seeking an exceptional Principal to lead their academy into its next phase of growth on a permanent basis from January 2025 or sooner (Dependent on availability). The specialist provision caters to young people with a passion for sports, offering an innovative curriculum that combines academic learning with athletic development. As Principal, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure high standards of education and personal development. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where students excel both academically and athletically. Work closely with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders to deliver a clear vision for the academy’s future and drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and overall student outcomes. You will be working with a supportive and motivated team dedicated to student success, alongside the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young people, with a unique educational setting that blends academic and sports excellence. KEY REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably within an alternative provision, SEN or a similar setting. * Strong understanding of curriculum development and student engagement strategies. * Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. * A passion for sport and education, with a commitment to nurturing young talent.
