Office Administrator to a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £27,000 - £30,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm. We are looking for a strong construction-based administrator, who can excel in a fast growing business. Duties: Managing office supplies and equipment Organising and scheduling works to sub-contractors Strong administrative office & accounts support Coordinating with management team to effectively handle office activities Using CRM systems (Onetrace & FIRAS) - Training provided All other relevant administration tasks Benefits: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum 20 days holiday + BH (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown) Pension Experience required: Previous administration experience Working in a construction-based company Previous XERO experience would be advantageous Attention to detail and time keeping skills Multitasking between works Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills Please bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
