GSL Education is seeking a passionate Behaviour Mentor to join a prestigious client school in Kensington and Chelsea. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £85-£100 and an immediate start! Job Responsibilities: Support students in managing their behaviour and emotions effectively. Implement individualised behaviour management strategies. Provide mentoring and guidance to students to promote positive behavioural changes. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents to ensure consistent support for students. Maintain accurate records and report on student progress and behaviour. Contribute to the overall safeguarding and welfare of students. Job Requirements: Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting. Skills: Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students. Qualifications: Ideally, a relevant qualification (e.g., Psychology, Counselling, Education), but not essential. Documents Required: The Right to Work in the UK An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application through us Two professional child-related references An Updated CV Safeguarding: A thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
