Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you'll collaborate with the executive team to drive our organizational success. Essential Duties: Provide strategic leadership to optimize operational efficiency across clinical, mental health, outpatient, IT, and EVS teams. Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational plans aligned with our mission and objectives. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to support operational initiatives. Develop and monitor key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance organizational growth and quality of care. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes. Other Duties: Collaborate on strategic planning and decision-making. Support board communications and presentations. Collaborate with other executives to optimize performance. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Proven leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in addiction treatment. Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality assurance standards. Ability to build effective relationships and inspire trust. Visionary leadership with a results-oriented mindset. Education, Experience: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations. 5 years of experience in healthcare clinical and facility operations, preferably in addiction treatment. License/Certification: Relevant certifications or licensure preferred. Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
