Job Title: Employment Coach Location: Hybrid-Remote – (Occasional travel across West London) Salary: £28,093 - £33,722 DOE Job Overview: The Employment Coach will deliver tailored support under a government-funded initiative designed to help individuals overcome health-related barriers to employment and support individuals in sustaining employment. You will manage a diverse caseload, offering holistic advice and collaborating with clinical teams and community partners to support clients in returning to work, staying in work, or finding new employment. Service users will receive up to four months support as well as there being opportunities to transfer to alternative provisions dependent on client need. Delivery will be hybrid-based, majority being from home. Covering across multiple areas of GLA (Harrow, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Hammersmith, Ealing, Fulham, Westminster, Kensington). Key Responsibilities: Caseload Management: · Provide personalised advice and guidance to clients, addressing workplace challenges to help them return to or remain in employment. Client Support & Advocacy: · Meet with clients to conduct initial health assessment. · Co-produce action plans to achieve their employment and wellbeing goals. · Advocate for clients with employers to resolve complex workplace issues. · Mentor and supporting service users to achieve agreed objectives. Employment Coaching: · Offer career guidance, including CV building, interview techniques, and job brokerage. · Source and secure job opportunities through tailored job searches and employer engagement. Referral & Networking: · Collaborate with internal and external partners, including the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), to ensure clients receive appropriate referrals and support. · Maintain and build relationships with local employers and referral partners. Record Keeping & Compliance: · Maintain accurate, compliant electronic client records. · Meet referral and performance targets in line with KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs). Skills and Experience: · Experience managing a diverse caseload. · Strong understanding of health conditions and their impact on employment. · Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills. · Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. · Commitment to safeguarding and promoting equal opportunities. Desirable: · IAG Level 3 qualification or higher. · Experience in a target-driven environment. · Coaching experience or qualifications
