Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor Location: Orpington, Kent Salary/Benefits: £25k - £40k + Training & Benefits Our Client is a leading name in the Asbestos industry, who are looking for an experienced P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join their team in the South East. Contracts cover the South of England, so we are interested in receiving applications from candidates who are able to travel to a range of sites within the region. Locations of work include: Orpington, Bromley, Croydon, Barking, Redhill, Oxted, Sutton, Epsom, Dartford, Gravesend, Sevenoaks, Chatham, Rainham, Grays, Basildon, Wickford, Chelmsford, Canvey Island, Billericay, Chigwell, Epping, Enfield, Cheshunt, Potters Bar, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield. Experience / Qualifications: - Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS Accredited Consultancy - Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across a mixed portfolio of sites - Must hold a BOHS P402 certificate (or RSPH equivalent) - Proficient with IT applications, including Microsoft Office, TEAMS & TRACKER - Strong technical industry knowledge The Role: - Servicing a mixed portfolio of Clients across the South East, undertaking Management, Refurbishment & Demolition Asbestos Surveys - Writing detailed asbestos survey reports including schematic drawings - Bulk sampling of potential ACM and safe bagging and handling - Representing the company in a professional manner whilst attending Client sites - Maintaining relationships with established and new Clients Alternative job titles: Asbestos Consultant, Environmental Consultant, Environmental Surveyor, Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
