Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced and dynamic BMS Project Manager to join the team in London due to their ongoing workload. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of BMS projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, timeliness, and budgetary constraints. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage BMS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project time lines and budgets. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and technical specifications. Drive continuous improvement by analysing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the BMS or construction industry. Strong knowledge of BMS systems, including design, installation, and maintenance. Excellent leadership, organisational, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members. Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
